What is your shipping policy?

Products will be shipped to order. All shipping is standard, no express shipping is offered. We will have your item shipped as fast as possible once the order is received. The estimated shipping time starts once the product is picked up by the shipping company. It does not take into consideration production time. Delays may occur depending on shipping method, distance, international, weekends, and so forth. To put it all into one sentence, "We will try and get your product to you as soon as we possibly can. Delays can happen, but we will try our best to avoid them."

What is your return policy?

All products may be returned within 5 days of receiving them if there is a defect or we sent you the wrong size/product. Please email support@brickymerch.com regarding your order and the issue with it. If the customer does not contact customer service regarding a return after 5 days from delivery, no refunds will be given. Due note that if the wrong size or product is ordered by the customer they will need to pay the return shipping for the product swap. Basically, if something is wrong (incorrect size, manufacturing issue, wrong product) tell us ASAP so we may fix it.

Does the shipping price include customs and duty fees?

We have partnered with a very reputable international shipping company that goes above and beyond to make sure that you will not have to pay any additional fees once you complete checkout. That being said, we cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any additional fees once the package arrives in your country. Any customs, import duties, or additional fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If this happens, charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to International and Canadian Orders. 

Will the products be censored like the images show?

If the product is marked as NSFW, it will not be censored when you receive it. The images are only censored to adhere to state and country laws.
